Hello. My name is Lucy and I am the founder and head baker at Rose and Shine Cupcakes.

I make and sell unique, bespoke and utterly scrumptious cupcakes and celebration cakes for any occasion. I sell online (for delivery in the local area only), at markets in Somerset, England and at local cafe's.
